Hi @tamjidshafiq to see efficiency readings you will need to start a flue gas measurement and then use the down arrow to scroll through various measurements. Thank you for your query. With the dataloggers you have the option via software of setting an alarm value, if this alarm value is reached, then depending on the logger type you will get a prompt. With the 174 series an alarm breach is indicated on the LED screen by an arrow (up arrow for high alarm reached and down arrow for low alarm) and with the 175 series logger (as in the video) there is an LED on the front of the unit to also indicate the device is in alarm condition. Thank you for your query. The presenter of the video suggests using the testo 552i digital vacuum gauge for your vacuum test measurement rather than the 550s or 557s manifold. The reason for this is that the manifold sensors cannot measure vacuum with accuracy - we offer bundles of the 552i with the 557s for high accuracy vacuum measurement. However if needed the 552i can also be purchased as a separate item for use with the 550s and 550i manifolds. The 552i connects to the 550s or 557s manifolds via Bluetooth so that the manifold display can show the vacuum and other key parameters in a graphical form to enable quick assessment of the vacuuming of a system. It is also possible to link the 552i digital vacuum gauge directly to the Smart App as well so you don’t have to use a manifold. We hope that helps! Locking / unlocking configurations You can lock/unlock the set values, including TPM limit values, from the configuration mode. The instrument is delivered with the configuration mode unlocked (PIN is deactivated, no). Requirements: Instrument is in configuration mode. > Go through the configuration mode with [Hold], until PIN and yes or no light up in the display. Lock configuration mode > Activate PIN: Select yes with [ ] or [ ]. - PIN is activated and the configuration mode is locked. The last two figures of the instrument's serial number are automatically set as the PIN (see sticker on the instrument). Unlock configuration mode Requirement: PIN is activated and the instrument is in configuration mode. Enter PIN: > Select first figure: [ ] or [ ] and confirm with [Hold]. > Select second figure: [ ] or [ ] and confirm with [Hold]. 5 First steps 21 If an incorrect PIN is entered, the instrument switches into measuring mode. - The configuration mode is enabled for the duration of the settings being carried out. Deactivate PIN: > Go through the configuration mode with [Hold], until PIN and yes or no light up in the display. > Deactivate PIN: Select no with [ ] or [ ]. - Settings can be carried out without entering the PIN. Hello, thank you for your query - If you go onto the app and connect the probe, then go to the basic view (under the measure menu), and click on the three dots. Thank you for your query, it shouldn’t need calibrating straight out of the box, however, when you have started using the unit it’s best to recalibrate on a regular basis, the more it’s recalibrated (depending on the amount of times it’s being used), the more accurate the results will be. @@Testolimited yah, I'm calling on Monday. Im fairly new to the AC side of the HVAC trade and I was so pummed with my new manifold and clamps. I absolutely love the 550s manifold, it's just the clamps I'm having a big problem with. I probably over charged a bunch of txv systems already. Recommend redesigning the clamps all together, best to go with the uei clamp design. Just a recommendation.
